Phased plumbing is checked in all 3 phases. In phase 1 we check the installation of visible plumbing for damage, proper bends, and correct installation. Phase 2 we check for damage, and the final phase is when we complete all the checks below.

DEFICIENT WATER HEATER
Water heaters provide heated water throughout your home, we check the heater for damage, improper heating levels, rust or corroded parts, leaks, missing parts and pieces and any other areas of damage that we see.
KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS
Detailed video of under the sink plumbing, toilet functions, and shower parts/accessories.
WATER PRESSURE (PSI)
The pressure is tested to ensure the pressure is not too high or too low. When water pressure is too high it can damage the plumbing lines and cause leaks throughout the home and the slab
You will review this information with the inspector to ensure your pressure is not a a dangerous or unacceptable level
