We measure the foundation throughout the interior of your home using ziplevel and document each measurement in and out of tolerance to ensure you have an established baseline.

The foundation assessment will provide you with the necessary information to proceed to the next step if needed

All measurement readings are documented in the report for ease of access

The reports are generated within 2 hours of completion of the inspection and immediately emailed to you in web, mobile, and PDF format to meet your needs.

You receive a very detailed description of the concern, the specific area the concern is located, and we color code it to alert your attention to the concern area.

POST TENDON CABLE DAMAGE

Some foundations have post tendon cables used to help strengthen the foundation, if these tendons are damaged this can cause severe stress on the foundation that the tendon can no longer support. We document any damage so you can be clear of the status of the foundation.

GRADING AND DRAINAGE

The grading of the home impacts how water flows surrounding the home and yard space. Standing water at or near the foundation is a concern we identify and document.

PIER AND BEAM (CRAWL SPACE)

We crawl every available pier and beam crawl space to check for damage to the piers, plumbing leaks, and debris
